Rest In Peace…The Homecoming
The moment you left your body, you could literally fly. The feeling of weightlessness is the first sensation that you recognize and adapt to. With the release of your soul, you felt and heard an glorious ‘pop’! Without a dense, heavy and cumbersome human shell to weigh you down, you now feel euphorically amazing. There’s no pain, no hot, no cold. Only contentment and the feeling of ultimate freedom.
Slowly and surely your soul begins to remember it’s true form. Looking briefly back at your former body, you feel so grateful for the opportunity to have learned and loved in temporary earthly form. Feeling a twinge of sadness as you move away from the sight of your body for last time. You laugh at the fears and irrational concepts that you retained as a mortal. If only you could have remembered this bliss while alive, life would have taken on a whole new perspective. There never would have been any fear at all of death. Never once would you have contemplated whether or not you would still exist after your body died. Never once would you have granted respect to any ideas that countered the existence of the Source.
The memories and realizations flood back effortlessly and gratefully. You are beginning to remember. You remember who you really are, who you always have been, from the beginning of time.
You decide you would like to check in on your living relatives, you sense them needing, hurting and calling you from their location. Before you can even blink, you are there, beside them. The realization of traveling at the speed of thought takes a moment to register. There was no sense of movement or propulsion, just the awareness of changing locations.
Looking at your family with your soul’s eyes, you see them as they really are, glorious, loving souls trapped in a dense, clumsy vehicle afflicted with amnesia.
Excitedly you try to tell them just how happy and thrilled you are to be free. Blissfully pleading with them not to cry for you because you are finally in your real form, your true identity. Gently explaining to their broken hearts that you do not want them to be sad. You can feel their soul’s ache from the pain and misunderstanding of your passing.
Being this close to them, to their plane of existence, wears your energy low. Staying on this realm now makes you feel heavy and tired. You could choose to stay near them, you could choose to hang around and wait the years it may take for them to pass. It may comfort them to have your energy around them. They desire and beg for any signs that you still live on somewhere. Crying at night for you, cursing the name of He who stole you from them and contemplating joining you. You could stay right beside them, if you wanted to.
Remembering who you really are, you choose to move on. Loving your family expontially more than you ever thought a being could love, you choose to be with the light, knowing that is best for you.
Choosing to explore the afterlife, you ascend once again to higher vibrations, you soar effortlessly towards an eternity of love, light and communion. At any moment, you may choose to once again be beside your family, but you know with all your soul that they will be home soon too. Time is so much swifter on this side, earth time crawls and creeps along. There is no concept or comparable awareness of time as on earth. Every time, every thought, every feeling, is simply now.
Recalling an ethereal place where communities of souls gather, you are immediately transported. Here, there is only concepts of love, acceptance and understanding. These souls are not simply the remnant energy of those who have passed, they are the sources of the energy that resided within a former third dimension body. Many former patrons of earth and many from other worlds all choose to reside together in loving and spiritually bound communities that function only to serve one another. The greater good is sought, the application of sharing resources and profound inspirations are of paramount importance.
Here, everyone is entitled to all things wonderful with no requirements, no prerequisite of labor or monetary exchanges. Simply existing entitles you to all that the community can offer. Understanding that you are part of everyone and everyone is a part of you, that the light is never lesser within any soul.
So when the that glorious moment arrives, the birthday of your death, return home with eyes and arms open wide. Cut the confining umbilical chord that unites your soul to your corporeal self and choose to soar free in the realm that you were meant to exist, your home.

Beautiful.. made me cry just to think of my grandmother. I have always wanted her to appear to me in some way o another since she died seven years ago.. but never really has.. and it makes me mad and sad. but at the same time I know that she is happy where she is now and is waiting for me. At least that is what I tell my self when I am missing her.
After I’ve read this it touched me deeply, I can also say the same for my brother’s wife as well. To know that he is now free to see and have a higher understanding is what we now seek and one day have when we’re free.
I’m so happy that my words and insights can help you and others through their grief. It’s my only wish that I can provide people the comfort they seek with the death of their loved ones as well as coming to terms with their own future transformation.
